Unlike other programs and coaches where you follow a specific model, I I’ll work alongside you as your consultant and coach to clarify your goals, refine your offerings, and ensure you’re making strategic decisions that align with your vision, not just theory or training. This way, you don’t waste time with things that don’t drive real change in your business.

The roadmap we create together in Phase Two is your long-term growth plan. It maps out the bigger steps to reach your goals over the next 12 months (and beyond). We also build a clear 90-day action plan so you know exactly what to focus on first. During the six biweekly coaching calls, we’ll work through that 90-day plan step by step. This keeps you focused, helps you troubleshoot challenges, and ensures you’re making steady progress without feeling overwhelmed. The pace depends on your time, resources, and capacity, but with support and accountability, you’ll make meaningful progress on your strategy while building momentum for the longer-term plan.
