PHASE 1 - WEEK 1-3

Diagnose

Find exactly where value gets lost

Before we build or work on anything, we need to understand what's actually happening.
This phase is about identifying where leaks and gaps are in your sales approach and process.

Most consultants and experts are losing business earlier than they think. This phase makes that visible.  

  • Sales Enabler Assessment: We assess the four key areas that need to work together to make a sale happen: you, your client, your service offering, your sales approach
  • Structured sales process walkthrough: We run a structured walk-through of your sales process from lead to close (including a review of your positioning, calls and proposals) to identify exactly where deals are lost, not where you think they're lost.

Decode

Build the positioning, offer, and story that actually lands

Your business has probably evolved the way most do: one client at a time, one service at a time. What feels like flexibility often becomes scattered positioning. And the more scattered it is, the harder it is to articulate your value with confidence.

This phase is about bringing back focus and finding who is the best fit for what you do, the unique value you bring, and how to express that so it makes the right clients feel immediately understood, while everyone else self-select out

  • Focused positioning sessions: We have focused sessions to work on your ideal client, your unique service offer and sales narrative. 
  • Application and iteration: For each I will provide your with exercises you complete beforehand. We will work together to refine them.

PHASE 3 - WEEK 9-12

Deploy

Apply it live in every conversation and interaction that matters

Positioning and narrative without application is just good homework. In this phase, we take everything built in the first two phases and put it to work: in the actual sales moments such as calls and proposals.

When you know your value and can express it clearly, handling objections and hesitation stops feeling like a sales tactic. It becomes a natural part of the conversation. Instead of 'pushing', you will start guiding them as a trusted advisor.

Also you can bring one or two live deals you're working on right now. We work on them together in real time. This is where knowing your value becomes being able to use it, fluently, under pressure.  

  • High impact calls: We will work on improving your sales and discovery calls.  
  • Compelling proposals: We will work on your proposal structure and sequence and turn it into a compelling story that your prospects will say yes to
  • Handling hesitation and objections: Learn ways to handle objections without pushing.

*The program is designed to be completed in 12 weeks. That said, we allow for some flexibility up to 20 weeks to ensure you get the most out of it. Depending on your schedule, and taking into account schoolbreaks and holidays, we may extend the timeline so there’s enough space to properly implement what we cover.  The focus is not on rushing through the program, but on making meaningful progress and getting results.

Absolutely. In this program we work on converting more of the leads that are coming in into signed clients. A strong pipeline makes this even more valuable, because the work we do in Deploy goes directly into your live deals.

Clients already see results simply by applying what comes out of Diagnose and Decode to conversations that are already in progress. 

Expect to invest a minimum of around 3 hours per week, a mix of our sessions together and the prep work or exercises between them. The programme is designed to fit around an active client schedule. 

Yes, absolutely. In fact, involving your team often leads to better and more sustainable results.  

I typically recommend including key team members, especially those involved in sales or client delivery, in dedicated sessions. This ensures that the insights and decisions we make don’t get lost in translation, but are understood and applied consistently across your business.
